👨‍🔧 Position: Experienced After Sales Executive – 2 Wheeler / 3 Wheeler Division

📌 Job Responsibilities:

✔️ Handle after-sales service operations for 2/3 wheelers
✔️ Manage customer complaints & service support
✔️ Coordinate with workshop & spare parts department
✔️ Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
✔️ Guide technicians and monitor repair/service process
✔️ Maintain service records and reports
✔️ Support warranty and maintenance processes

📋 Requirements:

✔️ Experience in automobile after-sales/service field
✔️ Knowledge of 2 wheeler / 3 wheeler servicing
✔️ Good communication & customer handling skills
✔️ English speaking preferred
✔️ Gulf/Africa experience will be an advantage
