Job Title: Baker / Bakery & Pastry Chef – Angola

A leading supermarket group in Angola is hiring an experienced Baker / Bakery & Pastry Chef.

📍 Location: Angola
💰 Salary: ₹50,000/month
⏰ Duty: 12 Hours
📅 Working: Monday to Sunday (Sunday Working Required)
📄 Contract: 2 Years
🎓 Experience: 3+ Years Preferred

Required Experience:

Hands-on experience in preparing Cakes, Pastries, Puffs, Bread, Buns, Cookies, Biscuits, Muffins, Cupcakes and other bakery/confectionery products.

Nature of Work:

The Baker's primary responsibility is to complete the required bakery preparation and production.

After the bakery products are prepared, local supermarket staff will handle selling, counter activities and other routine work. The Baker will thereafter primarily monitor the bakery section and guide/supervise the local staff.

Responsibilities:

• Cakes, pastries, puffs and bakery product preparation
• Mixing, dough preparation and baking
• Finishing and decoration
• Daily production planning
• Quality and hygiene control
• Wastage control
• Supervision and guidance of local staff

Contract Terms:

Initial contract is for 2 years. Sunday working is required due to supermarket operations.

After successful completion of 2 years, employee will get 2 months' leave. Company will arrange the return ticket after successful completion of the contract.

If the candidate wants to return to India before completing 2 years, the candidate will have to arrange the travel ticket at their own cost.

Contract may be renewed after leave subject to mutual agreement and company terms.
