🚨 URGENT HIRING – CCM MOULD OPERATOR | ANGOLA

🏭 Industry : Steel Manufacturing / Steel Melting Shop (SMS)
📍 Location : Luanda, Angola
💰 Salary : Rs.45,000 per month (Higher salary negotiable based on experience)
🛠️ Experience : 3–5 Years
⚙️ Machine : Billet Continuous Casting Machine (CCM)
📏 Billet Size : 100 × 100 mm
🔧 CCM Configuration : Single Strand (1 Strand)
📅 Joining : Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the CCM mould section during continuous casting of steel billets.
• Handle mould operations for a 100 × 100 mm billet casting machine.
• Monitor mould cooling, casting conditions and billet formation to ensure smooth production.
• Coordinate with the CCM control room, tundish operators and production team during casting operations.
• Monitor casting parameters and identify abnormalities during production.
• Assist in mould preparation, inspection and operational checks before casting.
• Identify and report mould-related issues, casting defects and operational abnormalities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding mould condition, cooling systems and equipment issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines during casting operations.
• Support uninterrupted casting operations while maintaining billet quality and production efficiency.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in CCM mould operations in a steel plant.
• Hands-on experience operating billet continuous casting machines.
• Experience with 100 × 100 mm billet casting machines preferred.
• Experience with single-strand CCM machines will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of mould operations, cooling systems and billet casting processes.
• Ability to identify casting defects and operational abnormalities.
• Experience in Steel Melting Shop (SMS) / Continuous Casting departments.
• Knowledge of CCM operating procedures and industrial safety practices.
• Willingness to relocate to Luanda, Angola.
