Urgent Hiring – Cost Controller (Food & Beverage) | French Speaking

Location: Brazzaville, Republic of Congo (Africa)

Salary: USD 1,500–2,500 per month
Nationality: Indian candidates preferred
French Language: Fluent French Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, purchases and inventory.
• Coordinate with chefs, kitchen, restaurant operations and finance teams.
• Prepare cost reports, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Monitor wastage, spoilage, stock discrepancies and pilferage.
• Implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support audits and report cost-related findings to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on F&B cost-control experience in restaurants, hotels or hospitality.
• Fluent French speaking and communication skills are compulsory.
• Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, budgeting and cost analysis.
• Good Excel, analytical and reporting skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the Republic of Congo.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: USD 1,500–2,500/month, depending on experience.
• Employer-provided flight tickets.
• Food and accommodation provided or additional allowance.
• One month paid home leave every two years, including flight tickets, as per employer policy.
