COST CONTROLLER (TECHNICAL)

Experience: Minimum 5–10 Years

📌 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed project cost plans, BOQ analysis, and budgeting 📊
* Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications 📐
* Monitor actual cost vs budget and analyze cost variances 📉
* Handle cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow projections 📑
* Evaluate subcontractor bills, variations, and claims 🧾
* Review IPC (Interim Payment Certificates) and contractor invoices 💼
* Coordinate with QS, procurement, and site teams for cost control 🤝
* Analyze material consumption and wastage control 📦
* Participate in tendering, estimation, and contract administration 📋
* Manage change orders, variation orders, and cost impact analysis 🔄
* Ensure compliance with contractual terms (FIDIC or equivalent) ⚖️
* Support project team in planning, scheduling, and financial tracking ⏱️
* Use ERP/Excel tools for cost tracking and reporting 💻
* Identify risks and recommend cost-saving strategies.
