🎓 Qualification & Experience
✅ Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
✅ 10–15 Years Post-Qualification Experience
✅ 5–10 Years in CAPEX Accounting, Project Accounting or Fixed Asset Management
✅ Mining, Metals, Steel, EPC or Heavy Industrial Project Experience Preferred

📋 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Monitor CAPEX budgets, actual expenditure and project-wise variances.
🔹 Manage Capital Work in Progress (CWIP) and timely asset capitalization.
🔹 Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation and GL reconciliations.
🔹 Prepare CAPEX MIS reports, dashboards and budget forecasts.
🔹 Ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance and support internal/statutory audits.
🔹 Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project teams.

💻 Technical Skills
✔️ SAP / Oracle ERP / Microsoft Dynamics 365
✔️ Advanced MS Excel
✔️ Strong CAPEX budgeting, capitalization and financial reporting skills
