Position: Fleet Monitoring & GPS Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the movement of approximately 6–8 company trucks through the installed GPS tracking system.
- Regularly monitor available CCTV/camera footage installed in the vehicles.
- Track truck locations, routes, stoppages and movement in real time.
- Identify trucks remaining stopped at a location for an unusually long period.
- Immediately contact the concerned driver to understand the reason for any delay or prolonged stoppage.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure trucks resume movement without unnecessary delay.
- Follow up on breakdowns, traffic delays, loading/unloading delays and other operational issues.
- Report unusual stoppages, route deviations or excessive delays to management.
- Maintain daily records of truck movements, delays, stoppages and driver follow-ups.
- Coordinate with management regarding fleet status and operational issues.
- Ensure effective utilization and timely movement of company vehicles.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Fleet Monitoring / GPS Tracking / Transport Coordination / Logistics Operations / Vehicle Tracking / Control Room Operations.
- Experience monitoring commercial vehicles or trucks preferred.
- Familiarity with GPS vehicle tracking systems and CCTV monitoring.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records in MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable regularly communicating with truck drivers and following up on delays.
- Ability to work independently and promptly report/escalate operational issues.
- English communication – Mandatory
- Portuguese communication – Preferred / Strong Advantage
- Willing to relocate to Luanda, Angola.
