📋 Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, sales and market share.
- Lead brand positioning, brand development and marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Develop customer acquisition, retention and loyalty strategies.
- Drive footfall, customer engagement and sales growth across retail outlets.
- Plan and implement seasonal promotions, festive campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer behaviour studies.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on marketing investments.
- Lead and supervise marketing teams, agencies and external service providers.
- Coordinate with sales, merchandising, operations and management teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
- Present marketing strategies, performance reports and business growth initiatives to senior management.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA or related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Retail / B2C industries.
- Experience in supermarket, hypermarket or large-format retail marketing will be a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, retail promotions, consumer marketing and digital marketing.
- Experience in driving store footfall, customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Hands-on experience in ATL, BTL, trade marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets, agencies and campaign performance.
- Proven leadership experience in managing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent English communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.
