Job Title: IT Executive / IT Support – Supermarket | Angola

A leading supermarket group in Angola is hiring an experienced IT Executive / IT Support professional with strong practical knowledge of software and computer systems.

📍 Location: Angola
💰 Salary: USD 900–1,000/month
⏰ Duty: 10 Hours
📅 Working: Monday to Saturday
📄 Contract: 2 Years (renewable again as per mutual interest)
🎓 Experience: 5+ Years Preferred

Required Skills:

• Software Installation & Troubleshooting
• Windows OS & MS Office
• Desktop/Laptop Hardware Support
• LAN / Wi-Fi / Networking
• Printers & Peripheral Devices
• Data Backup & Recovery
• Basic IT Security
• POS / Retail / Billing Software – Preferred
• ERP / Inventory Software – Preferred
• Database / Basic SQL – Added Advantage

Nature of Work:

The IT Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the supermarket's software, computers, POS/billing systems and other IT infrastructure operate smoothly.

The candidate will handle IT troubleshooting, maintenance and important technical issues. Routine operational activities will be handled by local staff.

Once required IT work/issues are completed, the candidate will mainly monitor the systems, provide technical support when required and guide/supervise local staff.

Responsibilities:

• Software installation and troubleshooting
• Hardware troubleshooting
• POS/billing system support
• Network and internet troubleshooting
• System monitoring and maintenance
• Backups and software updates
• Basic IT security
• Vendor coordination
• Local staff guidance/supervision
• Ensure minimum IT downtime

Contract Terms:

Initial contract is for 2 years. Sunday working is required due to supermarket operations.

If the candidate wants to return to India before completing 2 years, the candidate will have to arrange the travel ticket at their own cost.

Contract may be renewed after leave subject to mutual agreement and company terms.
