📍 Location: Ghana
💰 Salary: USD 2,500 – 2,800 PM (Paid Quarterly)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance & troubleshooting of:
– Injection molding (Husky preform systems – hydraulics focus)
– Beverage filling & packaging lines
– PE recycling lines (washing, grinding, extrusion, pelletizing)

* Lead Tool Room & Machine Shop:
– Lathe, milling, surface grinding, drilling
– Precision machining, shaft/bush work, repairs

* Supervise & execute:
– SS piping fabrication & installation
– Welding (TIG, ARC, Gas) & structural fabrication
– Plant modifications & expansion projects

* Handle heavy mechanical jobs:
– Gearboxes, motors, couplings replacement
– Alignment, overhauls & installations

* Utilities maintenance:
– Pumps, compressors, chillers, cooling systems
– Boilers & steam systems (preferred)

* Lead new installations & projects (piping, layout changes, equipment shifting)

👥 Team Leadership:
* Manage 20+ local staff + 4 expatriates
* Ensure discipline, productivity & coordination
* Train team in troubleshooting & machining
