🚨 URGENT HIRING – MANAGER, MINE SURVEYOR | DR CONGO

Position: Manager – Mine Surveyor  
Industry: Mining / Open-Pit Mining Operations  
Location: DR Congo (Africa)  
Salary Budget: USD 3,000–3,500 per month  
Experience: 8–18 Years Preferred  
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mine Surveying, Mining Engineering or relevant discipline  
Joining: Short Notice Preferred

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise mine surveying activities in open-pit/opencast mining operations.  
• Manage pit and bench surveys, mine development, haul roads, waste dumps and stockpile surveys.  
• Conduct accurate ore, waste and stockpile volume calculations.  
• Handle production measurement, reconciliation and monthly survey reporting.  
• Prepare and update mine plans, sections, topographical maps and survey records.  
• Coordinate with mining, geology, planning and production teams.  
• Ensure survey accuracy, statutory compliance and proper survey data management.  
• Supervise the mine survey team and support operational planning.

🔹 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✅ Substantial OPEN-PIT / OPENCAST mine surveying experience is mandatory.
✅ Strong experience in pit/bench surveying, stockpile volumes, mine development and production reconciliation.  
✅ Experience in Copper / Cobalt mining preferred, but not mandatory.  
✅ Candidates from Iron Ore, Manganese, Chromite, Bauxite, Gold and other metalliferous open-cast mines are encouraged to apply.  
✅ Hands-on experience with Total Station, DGPS/GNSS and modern survey instruments.  
✅ Knowledge of Surpac, Datamine, Deswik, AutoCAD or similar mining/survey software preferred.  
✅ Experience leading mine survey teams.  
✅ Previous Africa/DRC experience will be an added advantage.  
❌ Candidates with predominantly underground mining or only civil/land surveying experience are not suitable.

💰 SALARY: USD 3,000–3,500 PER MONTH
