🚨 URGENT HIRING – MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER – TAXATION & IMPORT-EXPORT COMPLIANCE

🏭 Industry: Mining / Metals / Copper & Cobalt
📍 Location: Mutoshi Site, DR Congo (Africa)
💰 Salary: USD 3,000 – 3,500 per month
💼 Experience: 7–10 Years
🎓 Qualification: CA / ACCA / CPA / Master's in Taxation or Finance
🎁 Benefits: As per company policy.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Direct Tax: Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Tax Assessments, Transfer Pricing & Statutory Compliance.

✅ Indirect Tax: VAT Returns, VAT Reconciliation, Excise Duties, Mining Royalties & Tax Compliance.

✅ Customs & Imports: Customs Duties, HS Code Classification, Import Permits, Duty Exemptions & Customs Clearance Compliance.

✅ Export Compliance: Copper/Cobalt Export Documentation, Export Permits, Customs Declarations, Export Duties & Exchange Control Requirements.

✅ Mining Regulations: DRC Mining Code, Mining Royalties & Coordination with Tax, Customs and Mining Authorities.

✅ SAP & Audits: SAP Tax Accounting, Tax GL Reconciliations, Statutory/Tax Audits & Government Assessments.

🎯 Mandatory Requirements:

🔹 Prior work experience in Africa is MANDATORY.
🔹 DR Congo (DRC) experience is highly preferred.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation, Customs and Import-Export Compliance.
🔹 Experience in Mining, Metals or Manufacturing industries.
🔹 Copper/Cobalt mining industry experience will be an added advantage.
🔹 SAP taxation knowledge and experience handling statutory audits.
