* 7–10 years of relevant experience 👨‍🔧

📋 Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee mechanical works at construction sites 🔧🏗️
* Installation, testing & commissioning of systems ⚙️🔌
* Review technical drawings & specifications 📐📘
* Ensure work as per approved standards & timelines ⏳✅
* Manage HVAC, plumbing, piping & firefighting systems 🚿🔥🧯
* Coordinate with civil & electrical teams 🤝👷‍♂️
* Monitor site progress & maintain quality standards 📊📈
* Ensure safety compliance at site ⚠️🦺
* Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently 🛠️⚡
* Prepare regular reports & updates 📝📋
* Plan and monitor mechanical work schedules 📅⏱️
* Supervise technicians, workers & subcontractors 👷‍♂️👨‍🔧
* Verify BOQ and manage material requirements 📦📑
* Conduct inspections and quality checks 🔍✅
* Ensure proper installation as per drawings & standards 📐✔️
* Assist in procurement of mechanical materials 🛒📦
* Maintain documentation for inspections & approvals 📂📝
* Support testing, balancing & system performance checks ⚙️📊
* Ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed 🔧🛠️
