We are hiring an experienced Mine Technical Services Manager for a leading mining operation in *Democratic Republic of Congo.*

📍  Location:  DRC
🏭  Department:  Mining Operations
💼  Experience:  8–12+ years
🎯  Age:  Below 45 years
🎓  Qualification:  Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related discipline

Key Experience Required:
• Short-, medium- & long-term Mine Planning
• Resource Modelling & Grade Control
• Mine Survey & Spatial Data Control
• Geotechnical / Ground Control
• Dewatering & Water Management
• Tonnage & Grade Reconciliation
• Variance Analysis & Technical Reporting
• Technical Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

*Software exposure preferred* : Deswik / Datamine / Leapfrog / Surpac / Vulcan / Carlson / AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Candidates should have strong *mining technical services experience* with exposure to multidisciplinary mine technical functions.
