🚨 URGENT HIRING – PRODUCTION IN-CHARGE | KENYA
Position: Production In-Charge – Beverage Manufacturing
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing / Bottling
Location: Kenya, East Africa
Salary: USD 1,800 per month (Net / In-Hand)
Experience: 5–10 Years (Preferred)
Contract: 2 Years
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily beverage production and bottling operations.
- Plan and execute production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Supervise production operators, technicians and other factory personnel.
- Monitor filling, bottling, capping, labelling and packaging operations.
- Ensure optimal utilization of production machinery and manpower.
- Monitor production efficiency, downtime, wastage and material consumption.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machinery breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores and procurement.
- Implement production improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain production records, daily reports and performance reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding production targets and operational challenges.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Food Technology or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in beverage manufacturing or bottling operations is strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of filling, bottling, packaging and production machinery.
- Experience supervising production teams and managing production targets.
- Understanding of quality control, GMP, hygiene and food safety requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- English communication – Mandatory.
- Willing to relocate to Kenya, East Africa.
