🚨 URGENT HIRING – STEEL MELTING SHOP (SMS) IN-CHARGE | ANGOLA

🏭 Industry: Steel Manufacturing – Stainless Steel Billets
📍 Location: Luanda, Angola
💰 Salary: ₹75,000–₹80,000 per month + Company Benefits
🎯 Experience: 5+ Years Preferred (Relevant SMS Experience)
📄 Contract: 2 Years

🏭 Plant Details
• 12-Ton & 6-Ton Induction Furnaces (IF)
• AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburization) Refining
• CCM (Continuous Casting Machine)
• Stainless Steel Billet Manufacturing

📋 Key Responsibilities
• Independently supervise and control the complete steel melting process, from scrap charging to stainless steel billet production.
• Manage and coordinate operations of 12-ton and 6-ton Induction Furnaces.
• Supervise melting operations and coordinate AOD refining and CCM billet casting.
• Ensure proper synchronization between furnace melting, AOD refining and continuous casting operations.
• Monitor steel quality, chemical composition, temperature, production yield and process efficiency.
• Plan and achieve daily production targets while minimizing downtime, wastage and production losses.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams.
• Supervise furnace operators, CCM operators, engineers and production personnel.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, quality standards and operational requirements.
• Prepare daily production reports and report directly to Management.

🎯 Candidate Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in Steel Melting Shop (SMS) operations, particularly Induction Furnaces.
• Experience in stainless steel melting and billet manufacturing preferred.
• AOD refining experience preferred, but NOT mandatory.
• Candidates with strong Induction Furnace + CCM experience will also be considered.
• Ability to independently supervise and synchronize the complete melting and casting process.
• Experience managing production teams, quality, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Metallurgy, Mechanical or relevant technical field preferred.
• Preferred age: 30–35 years (flexible for suitable candidates).
• Willingness to relocate to Luanda, Angola.
