📦 Position: Warehouse Manager / Stores In-Charge

Eligibility

✔️ Graduate/Diploma in any discipline
✔️ Minimum 3+ years of warehouse or stores experience
✔️ Experience in a manufacturing plant, factory or industrial warehouse preferred
✔️ Good knowledge of inward, outward and inventory-control procedures
✔️ Able to maintain accurate physical and system stock records
✔️ Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory/ERP software
✔️ Good Hindi communication; basic English required
✔️ Willing to relocate to Angola

Job Responsibilities
Manage the receipt, storage and issue of raw materials and finished goods.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery documents.
Prepare and maintain GRN, inward, outward, stock-transfer and material-issue records.
Record all stock receipts and dispatches accurately in Excel or the company’s inventory system.
Maintain item-wise, batch-wise and location-wise stock records.
Monitor existing warehouse stock and submit regular stock reports to management.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system records.
Coordinate with purchase, production, accounts, sales and dispatch teams.
Ensure proper labelling, stacking, identification and safe storage of materials.
Monitor minimum stock, reorder levels, slow-moving, damaged and obsolete inventory.
Supervise loading, unloading, packing and dispatch activities.

📅 Contract: 2 Years (Renewable)
🕘 Working: 6 Days per Week | 11 Hours per Day
